Even with using day-old rice, having enough wok hei etc. I always have to fry the rice first, then add all the other ingredients to get fried rice that is not clumpy or too wet. Sigh. I wish I had your skill. Love your blog btw.

SuryAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12375372.post-63422497252255239112012-04-13T09:17:10.024+08:002012-04-13T09:17:10.024+08:00what brand is good?what brand is good?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12375372.post-11337604979519768902012-04-06T19:28:19.270+08:002012-04-06T19:28:19.270+08:00looks great! rice is so versatile its good with al...looks great! rice is so versatile its good with almost anything!MrsLavendulahttp://regandmitzi.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12375372.post-3616793669114195412012-04-03T21:50:21.848+08:002012-04-03T21:50:21.848+08:00love fried rice in any form so I know xo is perfec...love fried rice in any form so I know xo is perfect.. now can there every be carbless rice?daphnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07691561985083785588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12375372.post-89547704078294949322012-04-03T13:40:59.471+08:002012-04-03T13:40:59.471+08:00YUM.
