Apple and Cinnamon Tea Cake


This Apple and Cinnamon Tea Cake is the result of:

1) Me finishing work ON TIME
2) Rushing home by squeezing through the MRT doors that were just about to close
3) Spending 1 hour whipping up the cake batter
4) Spending another 30 minutes scrubbing baking utensils
5) Spending yet another 30 minutes taking pictures...........

Just because I craved for cake when I was supposed to be working today...
