TWD: Hazelnut Biscotti

The weather is extremely hot and humid lately. The blazing sun gives me headaches and so I try to stay indoor as much as possible. I choose to do grocery shopping in the air-conditioned supermarkets instead of open-air markets and cooking/baking is kept to a minimum too. However, I didn't hesitate to bake hazelnut biscotti for TWD this week at all because my cookies jar is almost empty and I also think that it would be a perfect snack to munch when I'm watching dramas! Crispy and chock full of freshly toasted and aromatic hazelnuts, the biscotti is so yummy that I think it's worth every effort of making it in this crazy weather!

If you want to give the recipe a try, head over to Jodi's and Katrina's blogs!

Beautiful photo as always. How you get some great photos out of something so mundane as biscotti I will never know!

Nice job. I like the shape you got - so pretty! Hope the heat gets more reasonable where you are, soon.
