TWD: Whole Wheat Bread

Does anyone feel like time whizzes by too quickly? I thought I was just taking a short break from blogging but when I looked at my blog this morning, I realised that I've been away for two months!

So what have I done these two months? Well, other than being sick (twice!), I was busy entertaining two groups of friends/relatives from Singapore. I was tired and sleepy most of time because I have to show my guests around in Taiwan. As a result, I was not able to take part in TWD too as bread recipes were chosen for the last three rounds and I simply did not have the time to knead and proof the breads. I'm glad that for TWD this week, we can choose a recipe that we've missed before and so I took the opportunity to make whole wheat bread.
