Fish Head Soup


Fish head cooked with preserved vegetable (咸菜), tomatoes, tofu, mushroom and baby bok choy.

Hi jess3,

These are the simple steps to get a pot of yummy fish head soup:

(1) Cut the ingredients (tofu, preserved vegetables, tomatoes and mushrooms) into cubes.

(2) Put all the ingredients in (1) into a pot of boiling water, let it boil for about 3-5 minutes.

(3) Put in fish head, let it boil for about 3-5 minutes, then add in baby bok choy. Continue to boil for another 2 minutes and that's it!
