Noodle with Minced Pork and Bean Sauce (炸酱面)


炸酱面, a dish originated from Northen China, is made of minced pork, dry shrimp, diced chinese cabbage and soybean paste (甜面酱).

oh I love this noodle. My first try was having someone brought back this from a stall in Chinatown. It was so good that I cannot find it again. :(
