TWD: World Peace Cookies

Jessica from Cookbookhabit has chosen world peace cookies for TWD this week.

This is a simple recipe, in fact, it's so easy that I mixed the batter by hands! You see, I'm still in Singapore for holidays and won't be back to SA until end of February. All I have at the moment is a wooden spatula, a big ceramic bowl and a built-in oven. I have to search for the recipe online because I don't even have the cookbook with me!

Anyway, preparing the batter was a breeze, and I don't even have the crumbly dough problem which was encountered by some of the TWD-ers. Taste wise, it's too chocolatey for my liking, but I like the melt-in-the-mouth texture. I'd definitely replace the chocolate chips with chopped nuts if I were to bake the cookies again.

If you are a big fan of chocolate cookies, check out the recipe from here or Jessica's blog!
