TWD: Coffee-Break Muffins


Coffee-break muffins recipe is chosen by Rhiani of Chocolate Anonymous for TWD this week. These muffins are packed full of coffee goodness - strongly brewed coffee and instant espresso powder. While they're yummy right out of the oven, but I think they taste even better the next day!

i wanted to wait for the flavor to mature but they didn't even make it a full 24 hours before being devoured! i guess that's a good sign! i can only imagine what they would have tasted like after the flavors meld more.
