TWD: Linzer Sablés
It's Tuesday again and that means it's time to bake something for TWD! This week, I'm baking some cookies that really got me in the mood of Christmas - Linzer Sablés!
I only made half a batch of the cookies, as I have already planned out three more bakings to do for this week. Using a 1-inch square fluted cookies cutter, I have about 25 pairs of cookies which were then sandwiched with my homemade peach and pomegranate jam, and nutella.
This is a great pick by Noskos of Living the Life, not only the cookies are delicious, but it has also been added to my "to-bake" list for Christmas. If you are also interested to bake these yummy treats for Christmas, head over to Noskos's blog for recipe!

Fantastic work.
Eunice - I use fabrics as backdrop, not scrapbook papers. :-)
Anudivya - Thanks for dropping by!
Food for Tots - Unfortunately I don't think I can bake anything for CNY, because I'll be back in SG by then. All my baking utensils will be in Saudi. :-(
