TWD: All-American, All-Delicious Apple Pie

By the time you read this post, I'll be in Kyoto, Japan for a 1-week holiday. ;-) This all-American, all-delicious apple pie was baked before I left for my trip. It was a mini pie made with leftover pie crust from caramel pumpkin pie and half an apple. The brown sugar sprinkled on top of the crust adds a crunchy texture to the pie and the flaky crust tastes really great with the spiced apple filling too!

If you want to give the recipe a try, hop over to Emily's blog!
