Mushroom Tree?

Braised mushrooms with bok choy


Ingredients:

Diced pork (*)
Dry mushrooms (soaked)
Chopped garlic
Oyster sauce
* Ratio of pork : dry mushrooms = 1:4

Instructions:
1) Heat oil in the wok, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
2) Add in the pork, stir-fry.
3) Add in mushrooms and sautéed with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
4) Add in oyster sauce, continue to stir-fry.
5) Add in 1/4 cup of water (or less), stir-fry until it is almost dried up.
6) Repeat Step 5 for 2-3 times.
7) Add in more water, just enough to cover the ingredients. Cover the wok and let it simmer in medium heat until the sauce is almost dried up.
8) Serve.
