TWD: Soft Chocolate and Strawberry Tart

I don't cook or bake very often but I can't resist stocking up kitchen utensils, especially when I come across cute tartlet molds such as these and the ones that I used for soft chocolate and strawberry tart. These are the molds that I found in Taipei, and I'm sure that there will be a lot more out there, waiting for me to bring them home. :-P

Anyway, I baked these tartlets for TWD this week. The recipe calls for raspberry but I could only get strawberry from the markets near where I stay. The chocolate ganache is easy to put together, and it tastes great with strawberry too!

If you want to give the recipe a try, head over to Rachelle's blog!

Too cute! I am sure this was great with strawberries instead of raspberries!
These are too darn cute to eat. Well, I guess I could eat one and leave one to admire. Until I got hungry again. Your tarts are perfect.
Looks like a nice dessert. Thanks for providing a recipe. Your blog is great.
