Brunch - Rice Wrapped in Lettuce

I prepared this dish as brunch on Monday morning as I have to go for a driving lesson at noon. I'm sure that I won't be able to concentrate in anything (can't think, can't walk etc) if my stomach is empty... so I better eat something before I leave my house!

This is an extremely easy dish that took me less than half an hour to prepare. Recipe as follows:

Ingredients: Char siew, potatoes, capsicum, shitake mushroom, garlic, lettuce

Seasoning: Ketchup, constarch with some water, salt

Cook the potatoes in a pot. Cut all ingredients except lettuce into small cubes. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry the mushroom and capsicum, followed by char siew and potatoes. Stir in 4-5 tablespoons of ketchup and cornstarch in water. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until the gravy turns sticky. Serve with rice and wrapped in pieces of lettuce.
