TWD: Chewy, Chunky Blondies

Nicole of Cookies on Friday has chosen chewy, chunky blondies for TWD this week. This is my first time making blondies and it certainly won't be my last. This particular recipe is loaded with lots of chunky goodness - coconut, chocolate chips, walnuts and toffee bits, it's simply yummy!

If you want to give the recipe a try, hop over to Nicole's blog!

Hey, just wanna let you know I've been following you for a few years since my college days! Just that I hardly drop comments on yours. Sorry! I've always admired your food photography and styling! Simply breathtaking!

Your blondies look good!! Seriously! I'm not a TWD baker. I own the book though. Coincidentally, I baked Dorie's blondies without knowing TWD bakers were gonna do the same. LOL! Still contemplating about whether or not to just join this week's for fun ... Will see. Btw, you managed to find butterscotch chips here? What did you use for that? Heath toffee bits? I'm having a hard time trying to source these ingredients in Malaysia. It wasn't like this of course when I was a student in the States. I miss that. Haha!

Keep it up! Love your work! Keep inspiring me!

Great photo! Yours look like mine...tall on the edges, shorter toward the center. Delicious even if they are uneven. :)

Hey, thanks for the comment you left me earlier! =)

I just blogged about the blondies. Thanks for the inspiration! Keep it up!

P.S. Thank goodness I'm not alone in this ... I thought I'm the only Malaysian whose B.M. sucks ... LOL! Kansui noodles taste yucky!
